1) Click on the thumbnail of the photo/video you'd like to post. 
2) Click on the grey "Blog" link beneath the right corner of the photo/video.
3) A new dialog box will open up.
4) Click on the applicable blog button for one-step posting, OR
5) Click on the code in the box to manually copy & paste it into your blog entry.
